Legs are limber (relatively straight) and her hips are pressing them BACK. Keeping the arms aligned with the back is the most difficult position to manage for most people. It takes great shoulder flexibility. You can see her arms moving toward us with respect to the black segment of the lane line.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-656\" alt=\"Fish 3\" src=\"http:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-3.jpg\" width=\"551\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-3.jpg 905w, https:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-3-300x124.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shoulders continue to work in a SHRUGGED position. Her UPPER BACK is rounding and the UPPER ABS and SHOULDERS\/BACK are making the movement happen, NOT THE ARMS. Her abs contracting have pulled her hips forward but there is NO ACTIVE KICK as yet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-657\" alt=\"Fish 4\" src=\"http:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-4.jpg\" width=\"551\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-4.jpg 905w, https:\/\/racedaycoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Fish-4-300x124.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>She continues to contract her abs, pulling her arms forward, as her ACTIVE KICK begins.
